Estate Sales
Estate sales are an excellent way for people who have inherited antiques or people who are just down sizing, to sell their items. With on site sales the owners can have a more active, or not, part in selling . We have a professional team of people, each with their own expertise, who come in and price the pieces and get them ready for sale. If an item is not appropriate for the sale , the consignor and the team will discuss the best venue for realizing the best price. Most estate sales are labor intense but we enjoy bringing fresh items to the market place. The sales are also another facet of the antiques business.
Consignments
Consignments have been the backbone of my business, individuals come in with such a
variety of items. From a rare Peter Carl Faberge jeweled compact, a 3,000+ year old
scarab bracelet, 15th century Buddha, 18th century jade tea bowl, a large Tiffany bronze
door centerpiece, a pair of rare silk terrestrial & astrological balls on stand from a school in
Pennsylvania. After 20 years I am still amazed at the quality of some of these items. We do
not get items mentioned above every day but we do get beautiful and interesting pieces
most every week. I am pleased to offer to you, my customers, the prized possessions of
my consignors. We do have the not so rare but beautiful as well. On this site we will
attempt to give you a sampling of the shops treasures. Please look for the museum quality
micro mosaic brooch and bracelet.
